The most common areas she works with include habit and behavior change—such as nail-biting, procrastination, improving study focus and motivation, breaking unwanted routines, and building healthier habits. She also supports stress and relaxation needs, including everyday stress relief, test or performance nerves, difficulty unwinding, and feelings of overwhelm. Confidence and self-improvement are another focus, addressing self-esteem, public-speaking confidence, a sports or performance mindset, and goal setting and motivation. In addition, she helps with sleep-related challenges, such as difficulty falling asleep due to stress, improving bedtime routines, and relaxation before sleep. Emotional skill-building is also supported, including managing everyday emotions such as frustration and nervousness, improving focus and calm, and using visualization and mental rehearsal techniques.

Once a specific issue has been identified, it can often be addressed within one to two sessions, with a follow-up session included. A typical session lasts 60-90 minutes and is conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp. All sessions are private and never recorded. Please note that participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Each hypnotherapy session with Maria is a supportive, structured, and confidential space focused on personal growth, clarity, and positive change. The session is designed to work with non-clinical, non-medical concerns related to habits, mindset, and everyday stress, helping you create lasting shifts from the inside out.

Personalized Intake & Intention Setting
Your session begins with a brief conversation to identify the specific habit, pattern, or challenge you would like to work with. Together, you will clarify your goals and set a clear intention for the session, ensuring the work is tailored to your individual needs.

Guided Relaxation & Focused Hypnosis
You will be guided into a deeply relaxed yet aware state, allowing your mind to become more receptive to positive suggestions and insights. This state supports calm, focus, and access to subconscious patterns that influence behavior and emotional responses.

Targeted Behavior & Mindset Work
During hypnosis, Maria works with you to address the chosen focus area—such as habit change, stress reduction, confidence building, improved sleep, or emotional regulation. Techniques may include reframing thought patterns, strengthening motivation, releasing stress responses, and reinforcing healthier habits.

Visualization & Mental Rehearsal
You may be guided through visualization or mental rehearsal techniques to support confidence, focus, emotional balance, and performance. These tools help your mind practice new ways of responding, making positive changes feel natural and achievable.

Integration & Practical Takeaways
The session concludes with a gentle return to full awareness and time to reflect on the experience. You may receive simple practices or insights to support integration between sessions and reinforce the changes you’ve initiated.
